T-Mobile Rewards

The challenge:
T-Mobile wanted to reimagine the look and feel of their rewards program within their mobile app. In addition to a visual overhaul, they aimed to redesign the user experience architecture to make the program more intuitive and engaging. As part of this transformation, they also wanted to develop a compelling and cohesive theme name that would encapsulate the spirit of their rewards program.

The work:
I began with extensive benchmarking of rewards programs from well-known brands—both within and beyond the mobile phone industry—to gather insights and identify best-in-class experiences. This informed a detailed mapping of T-Mobile’s existing features and rewards offerings, allowing me to create comprehensive user flows that reimagined the rewards experience from end to end.

I then developed low-fidelity wireframes to validate and gain alignment on the new UX architecture. Once approved, I moved into high-fidelity design, exploring two distinct visual and thematic approaches to the rewards program—each with its own unique name and brand expression.
